Non Stop Now Part 3

All that was left now was my perceived slog back across and down the mountain. Anyone that knows these hills would tell you they aren’t difficult at all, I just didn’t have my usual boundless energy. With Nephin for an example we flew up it, well as much as the wind would allow us, and I was in tip top form. So you are probably wondering by now what was causing my lethargy. It’s quite simple. On any normal day I am up at 5am and do an hour of Qigong as the sun rises but as I said in the first post we were earlier setting off than usual so I cut it to half an hour and I paid for it. My body just wouldn’t open up and this is why I wanted to write this rather long post. For any of you out there who have issues such as Fibromyalgia, stress, mild depression, mild mobility problems or any other comdition that causes you to lack energy I would highly recommend Qigong. Anxiety is another condition that it helps massively with too. It has brought a real order to my life in that regard but as this shows you HAVE TO keep it up. So I will never again cut my morning regimen if the mountains are calling or even if they are screaming but I assure you this ancient art form can be life changing. If you want to know how to get started contact me privately and I will share the links to the best YouTube videos that will help you get started. The best thing that I can personally say about it is that I believe it can add years to your life. I’m 48 and I have more energy than when I was 35 and it is the reason I’m still able to climb these wonderful mountains we have here in Ireland and long may that continue…
