Where: Glenariff to Cushendall via the majestic Lurigethan Mountain

Description:  From the forest to the sea and every terrain in between, this walk from Glenariff to Cushendall has it all. Unbeatable views of Glenariff, climbing the wonderful Lurigethan Mountain and a suggested visit to Harry’s in Cushendall for a snack afterwards are just a few of the possible highlights..

Start: Glenariff Forest Park (At the information boards)

Finish: The Curfew Tower in Cushendall

Distance: 11 miles

Difficulty Level: Moderate. Gradual uphill stretches with some heavy ground on the Garron Plateau and a steep descent off Lurigethan the only real obstacle.

Equipment required for our walks:

Lunch and plenty to drink. Preferably at least 2 litres of water. Good walking boots or trail shoes and sun cream..

Please Note:

Due to our current circumstances we think it is better to stop in person payments so we have found a work around. On our Etsy site we have created a digital voucher which works quite well for our purposes. All you have to do is process your payment at the link below and show the guide your receipt at the start of a walk. Usually we remember every person that is going and showing it isn’t necessary but if the group grows it would make it far easier. Thanks for your understanding in the changes we are making.

Cancellations/Refunds:

If we cancel a walk you will get a full refund or it can be carried on to your next outing with us. If you cancel up to 24 hours before you will get a full refund. After that there will be no refunds.
